Waarom is een ergonomische werkplek belangrijk en wat betekent ergonomie?
Het woord “Ergonomie” komt van twee Griekse woorden “ergon”, wat ‘werk’ betekent en “nomos” wat ‘wetten’ betekent.
Ergonomie is het proces van het ontwerpen en/of het regelen van werkplekken, producten en systemen, zodat ze passen bij de mensen die ze gebruiken.
Tegenwoordig werken we veel thuis en zitten we bijna de hele dagen achter een scherm, je laptop, computer tabblad, telefoon, tv noem maar op, daarom is het belangrijk dat je rekening houdt met je lichaam en gezondheid door een ergonomische houding/werkplek te hebben om daarbij klachten te voorkomen.
